Eating the right foods is key to improving muscle mass, but how many meals a day should you eat?

We know that eating too much food at any one time will make you sluggish because your body will spend a lot of time processing it and taking out all the goodness!
So, we would advise you to eat often, every three hours will provide your body with an abundance of proteins and other nutrients your muscle mass will need to repair and grow!
- Rice
- chicken/turkey
- Red meat
- Fish
- peanut butter
- brown bread
- vegetables
- Potatoes
- eggs
Eat natural foods that are high in protein little and often, this has proven time and time again to enhance a bodybuilders workout and greatly improve overall muscle gain!
Eating Before a workout?
Never eat before a workout because you will get a stitch in your stomach. This can be very uncomfortable and will stop your workout altogether! Have your last meal two hours before you start a workout, then as soon as you finish eat a protein-rich meal and a shake if possible!

- Do not overeat
- Eat the correct type of foods
- Never eat prior to a workout
